Pregnancy vitamins making me soo sick

Can anyone recommend gummies or folate tablets that don’t cause them nausea??? 8 weeks today and feel awful - if I take it in the morning I throw up immediately, if I take it at night it makes me queasy the following morning, and if I take it in the day it ruins my afternoon 😭

I had this and had to start mama power patches instead so i did not have to swallow tablets!

The pregnacare Liquid vitamins are good as you don't get the feeling of tablet going down your throat which usually triggers me to be sick

I take theses: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0052W09WU?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I physically cannot take prenatals or folic acid (I found out the hard way with my first. My midwife with my first recommended taking multivitamins with folic acid in. I did want to try prenatals or folic acid this time so just opted straight for these and I've never had an issue with them. They taste and smell horrible but take them with juice or squash and you can't taste it

I’ve tried pregnacare and boots own brand - it’s not so much the taking the tablet that makes me sick, it’s usually the feeling I get after I’ve taken it, I always feel sooo queasy or am sick. On days where I’ve forgotten to take it I’ve then felt absolutely fine, so I know it’s the tablets causing it!

@Michelle if you can't take folic acid or prenatals eating with it doesn't make a difference. I found eating when taking them made it worse hence why I opted for normal multi vitamins under midwife approval

I switched to Wild Nutrition’s pregnancy vitamins for this pregnancy instead of pregnacare, it might just be lucky coincidence but my reflux has been so much better x
