Right before your period, there's very little cervical mucus, so there won't be a lot of discharge
Reading about the cervical fluid cycle could bring some peace of mind 🙏 the short takeaway for me is that peak discharge (white creamy) is at time of ovulation and then it gradually becomes less creamy / more watery and in smaller volume as you progress to menstruation, then after menstruation it slowly builds back up to the egg white-like, creamy discharge at ovulation.
@Mimi creamy is actually a little after your period ends and before ovulation. Ovulation is more egg white and then it starts to become more watery to very little. And then your period comes again.

I usually have more discharge when pregnant. I would say it’s fairly normal or could be a few days off on your period tracker
