Labor and Delivery nurse gift baskets!

I head to the hospital tomorrow night for my induction and taking some gift baskets for the nurses. Am I missing anything? I've included coffee, espresso, tea, sparkle water, granola bars, cliff bars, packs of gum, popcorn, nuts, hair ties, sheet mask, pens, lip balm, and hand lotion.

I didn’t even think about something like this for when I go. I’ve been so stressed about what to expect (first time mom here). I love this and think you have a great selection for them :D

Some moms just bring gift cards in increments of $5-$10. This was more interesting to me 😉

Such a sweet idea ! X

This is such a lovely idea. 🥰

We gave out celebrity chocolate boxes and thank you cards to the delivery midwives, the surgery team and the midwives who took care of me post-partum, the day after my delivery. But your baskets are much better and thoughtful 😊😊😊

Wow that looks lovely..I need one like that by my bed for late night snacking 😇

I’ve definitely snagged a granola and coffee already 😅

Hehe no judgment here 🤗🤗🤗

I did something similar and the nurses and doctors LOVED IT. Good job!

So thoughtful of you😄

That’s so awesome!! I didn’t know this was a thing but I totally love It . Wish I would have known this when I had my baby.

How very thoughtful of you to think about the nurses .

As a midwife I have to say this incredibly thoughtful of you. They will be truly grateful for them because i know I would be 😊 Best of luck with your induction xx

That’s so thoughtful!

Love it! As a nurse anytime someone goes out of their way to appreciate us it means the world! It’s so perfect bec each nurse can grab a couple things that they will enjoy! Killing it momma! Haha

What a great idea!! Just wondering though with Covid, if they’ll be able to accept them?

Vanessa, I called my hospital ahead of time to make sure what I had was COVID appropriate. All granolas are individually wrapped, and teas, coffee and espresso all have unbroken seals. I also made sure the lips balms, sheet masks, and lotions have some type of sanitary seal that is unbroken. I hear nurses love those Pilot G2 pens, and I just figure they can sanitize those themselves. The nurse said everything I’ve included will be okay to give nurses.

That’s great!! The nurses Definitly deserve it! the hospital where I’ll deliver won’t allow it unfourtently. 😩

How cute

We did something similar and also included a range of herbal teas and foot packs 😊 yours look lovely!

Wow this is so thoughtful! I’m definitely going to have to do this when I go in for my labor. I love this idea ❤️

You are so nice!! I should of gave the rest of the cake we didn’t eat to the nurses
