Walk as much as possible that's exactly what I did when I was pregnant for my daughter and my son. I walked alot. It does seem to speed up the process a bit.

Acupressure foot massage . I had a foot rub by my partner within 24hours my son was born also days leading up to this was drinking raspberry leaf tea and bouncing on a birthing ball apparently the gravity of keep going up n down helps baby's head get into place if not already there
Oh I feel for you I also have scoliosis currently 6 months pregnant with my 2nd boy. All I can suggest is keep moving and hopefully baby will make an appearance soon! Good luck xx
Sex (with internal ejaculation) always got BH contractions going for me and then eventually the real thing. A stretch and sweep, walking, burning clary sage and hand expressing colostrum are other things that may help!
Not trying to be a downer but... I was induced both times. Tried everything and nothing worked and I just ended up being exhausted instead. My advice: just let nature do it's thing. Then if bub really does need a nudge, the professionals will definitely speed things up for you 😉

Yeah that's what got me going you have pressure points on the soles of your feet that can induce labour. I had a foot rub next morning I was in active labour

Sweep , a massage using clary sage oil , sex , a long walk , bounce on peanut ball. Think of things that gets the oxytocin flow into you. Good luck.
I was 40 weeks and 3 days. I wanted my baby OUT 😂 in the evening at around 8pm I had a warm bath, done some yoga positions.. my labour started 1am that night 🙏

Do the miles circuit and relax. It may sound a bit counter intuitive but I was 2cm dilated for 2 weeks and the second I just relaxed, stopped focusing on the pain/discomfort and visualized my little one coming home (while doing the miles circuit), labor started and my little one was in my arms within 10 hours.
