Do your kids still take naps? My 3yr old son wakes up around 730am and bedtime is 830-9pm. Somedays he’s cranky and needs a nap but doesn’t want to go down, even on long car rides. We go outside and play and do activities do get him tired but nothing. It’s super rare if he does have a nap.
