I’ve had a really hard time with healing my c section, worst pain I’ve ever felt, I’m almost 7 weeks PP and feel a lot of pain still, if I move a lot for a day then the next 3 are like hell, any advice?

Is it normal to feel much more mobile but still tender when brushing against your belly near the incision site? My scar is looking fine and closed (midwife confirmed too) but just above it, it’s still super puffy and numb/tender x
