Hi, does anyone know if these are safe to consume during pregnancy? My mum used to make these often, when our energy was low and I’m definitely feeling low energy right now!

I’m Chinese myself and based in the UK in Oxfordshire. I couldn’t find a group for us East Asians and so had to create one. I was born in UK but have very strong roots to my Chinese background. During these covid times, we definitely need even more support from each other.
