Does anyone have any recommendations for English and Mandarin-speaking confinement nannies?

I’m English-Chinese mixed and my dad (in Beijing) is keen for me to 坐月子. I’m in two minds about it but honestly, confinement sounds like a nice time to bond with my baby and recover! I also have ME/CFS so looking for a confinement lady to help seems sensible - the only thing is that all I’ve found so far is expensive “introduction agencies” charging thousands just to make a referral.
