I found out I was pregnant on Thursday and now I’ve woken up to some blood on my panty liner and more blood when I’m wiping - I’m also having twinges almost period like. Does this mean I’m miscarrying ? 💔

I have an early scan at 6w4d today and I am petrified. In November I had a missed miscarriage and I’m just super nervous of history repeating its self. Really praying to see that little heartbeat pattering away and the dating to be accurate this afternoon ❤️

Trying not to overthink or view it as a negative because I’ve grown like 2 cup sizes and have been extremely tender the last 5 days. But it makes me worry that something is wrong. I still have nausea and no other pain or problems, so it’s probably fine? 😅

My cb digital date test a week ago said 2-3 and this morning is still 2-3 weeks at 5+3, so am a bit worried. We have an early reassurance scan on Saturday, so hoping all will be well.
