Hole in scar
I'm 6 weeks pp from having c section, Friday I got told that the holes on my scar were fully healed. Noticed that a hole has reopened, anyone had this happen?

It's been like it since the beginning one the stitches had dissolved. It started off with a speckle of blood so I went to minor injuries and the cleaned it and put a dressing on there. Went for weekly dressing changes to keep an eye on it, Friday the nurse said it was all healed. Noticed the hole had re opened
