Just Drained

I love my some to death but I’m soooooooo f#ckn exhausted like everyday I’m drained I wish I could get a break just one full day and night to myself, to rest and do some things for myself to relax or be able to go somewhere alone and actually be able to chill and have a good time and be present

. Where do you stay ? I know it’s hard for parents that’s not getting no help , it’s draining to be doing everything on your own

. What area do you stay in ?

@Nevaeh girl yes it’s a lot , some days I’m cool , some days I’m trying to act like it! And I’m in Cincinnati 😫

. Dang I wish you was in the area of where I stay I could have come help watch the baby for you while you get out & have a day to yourself cause I know that can be real draining doing everything on your own , but just pray through it you’ll get through it.

Hahahahaha I’m sorry to laugh but when I received the notification and I read it I immediately thought I did the post and forgot about it! My friend this is war 😂 my only comfort it’s to think is one day at a time and embrace it. Take deep breathes so I don’t snap at him and just go with his flow and surrender. I include him in my routine and talk to him through it lol that keeps him entertained most times (I hate being more chalant but I love him)

Unsure of age here, but maybe suggestions? During baby toddler stage, I would put to bed and do self care or relaxing for 2 to 4 hours, might have been zombie mode but def need some type of off. When staying home all day with kiddo we would do walks a lot in stroller. If school age send off to school, take the day off of work. Get a babysitter and schedule a day for you? I just got sent to my room by my toddler and i was like yes i do need a timeout 😄
