HELP, Resus Negative Anti D Injection!

So I've never had the injection before, I had my first one on Friday at 1pm and the nurse told me to wait 20 mins before goin. I asked her if there was any side effects and she said I'd have a sore arm for a few hours. About 10 mins later I had the sore arm of course but I felt terribley sick, I told her and she said it was normal. I left the hospital, on my way home I felt awful Really bad nausea and a horrible taste in my mouth. I vomited when I got home an just havnt felt the same since. I vomited yesterday aswell... felt a bit better last night but today I've woke up feeling awful again. Bad nausea with the taste in my mouth. I've got no energy at all. Has anyone been like this?? I don't know what to do 🥺
