Thank you @Jenny. It's quite emotional all of this medicine stuff 🫠
It definitely is, it’s emotional mentally and you’re literally pumping up full of hormones too! I can’t lie about how tough it is, but it’s such a powerful thing to do 💪
@Jenny it is powerful, you're right. I never thought of it like that. Thank you so much for taking them time to respond. @Gurj that makes me feel so much better. I think my body just needs to get used to it. Thank you both for responding. I really wish you and your family lots of healthy baby dust x x x
Have you tried a hot water bottle for a bit on the area before injecting helps make it a little easier.
Hey! I completely agree with Jenny- I did lubion injections everyday for 12 weeks. Sometimes they were a complete breeze and no pain during or after, others they were awful and bruised terribly!! I heard somewhere about making a fist over your bellybutton and making sure you inject lower than that so I always did that. Wishing you all the luck in your journey ♥️
What helped me was to warm lubion 15min in my hand
@Lauren @Milli @Ana thank you all for your suggestions! I will try put some heat on my belly before hand. My husband is a human radiator so might ask him to hold lubion in his hands beforehand. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. All the best to you and your families. X x x
I also found that warning it helped massively, I put it in my bra about 30 mins before and then carried on as usual and that usually warmed it enough. I also got horrible lumps and found that using a cheap hand held massager from Amazon on the area afterwards for about 10 mins reduced the lumps. I hope your cycle goes well!
Warming*!
Hi guys... I just want to say thank you so much! I warmed through the lubion first and it's so much better now. I also massage the area with my hands afterwards. Thank you ALL so much for your advice ❤️
Check what needles they have given you too. should be the grey or yellow ones.
Hi! The lump and bruising is totally normal. I honestly found no real rhyme or reason for the bruise. Sometimes I’d have a really smooth one that bruised, or a painful one that left no mark at all, or the other way around! Well done on doing your first one, and wishing you all the best for your journey!
