How to get bubs to move around?

I get really anxious every now and then and try to make my bubba move around just so I know he’s okay, but I find it so hard to do with the placenta. Any recommendations?

I would always drink ice water or eat something sugary! If you’re at home you can lay on your back for a few minutes, I found I could feel the smaller movements more so that way!

I had an anterior placenta and I found either having something really sugary or even laying on your back or side for a little bit got baby moving quite a bit 🤍

Sit down and drink a lot of water ! Or sit down and focus after eating a decent sized meal. Shaking the belly gently from side to side i usually feel something Watch your belly too. Sometimes I was able to see it move but not feel it

Ice, fizzy drink, sweets, a hot bath, poke and a little shake and wiggle hips laying down xx

I just lay on my left side and wait for her to kick. I didn't really feel her till 21weeks. I still havr trouble feeling her sometimes snd I'm 33weeks along. Just concentrating was enough for me to do some kick counts

I had that with mine and I would drink a glass of orange juice and lay down for a bit. Then poke my belly and shed usually start moving

I always drink water and she moves! Also laying on the left side and rubbing my stomach in a circular motion. Ive got an anterior placenta and an extremely active baby girl ti the point im questioning if she ever sleeps! I felt my first kick week 26. Im week 35 now and its been non stop. So water and laying on the left .
