Thankyou !! Yeah I've also found it helps not to bend over and avoid placing all weigh onto one leg .. it hurt a lot when I sleep on my right side too so changing that has helped . I never thought about getting a support band yet .. I'll have to look into it . Thankyou for the idea !! C
Yes mine started about 2 weeks ago and I'm 24 weeks today. I contacted my midwife and they have referred me to physio but I'm still waiting for an appointment. I've also ordered a support belt off Amazon which I'm still waiting to arrive. I've found just listening to my body. Sitting down to put on my shoes and not putting any weight on a single leg. I've got my husband coming with me to walk the dogs but he holds the leas and we walk at my pace. Avoiding bending where possible. My symptoms have eased a little since making small changes.
