I had anterior placenta and started feeling my baby at 20 weeks but started counting kicks at 28 weeks, that’s what my OB recommended. If you have any concerns at all go to the hospital, always better safe than sorry. I went 3 times for reduced movement but all of those times baby was just fine 😊

I started feeling kicks at 26 weeks, nothing before due to an anterior placenta. I didnt notice or able to familiarise myself with her pattern until around 30 weeks or so. But if you’re ever in doubt or unsure, just call your midwife so they can monitor things for you. Ive done that 100 times, and its always put my mind at ease

I have an anterior placenta too. I started feeling movement around 19 weeks, wasn’t in a pattern until 22 weeks or so. My midwife advised they don’t worry about movement / irregular movement before 24 weeks unless you’re having consistent patterns then feel reduced movement. Everyone is different. You’ll soon find the pattern e.g night time or when eating and you’ll be reminiscing to when you weren’t being jabbed left right and centre needing to pee😂
