Starting Evorel Sequi

I am about to start Evorel Sequi the leaflet say use first patch within 5 days of period starting (a bit ambiguous) is it best to start in day one of period or wait a few days? Confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

My doctor just said get started straight away, but on here I’ve seen other women give that advice from their doctor 🤷‍♀️. Would love to know if it really matters 🤔

I was told to start start first on first day of period

You can start on Day 1 to Day 5 of period. Any is fine, earlier the better though.

Just started straight away too

I've had no period for 7 years only the odd spot last year, I started on these straight away on the doctors advice. I'm 46 and honestly the best thing I've done is start these. It's been literally life changing for me!

I’ve just been prescribed these. Going to start mine as soon as I get them. My periods are so unpredictable at the moment. Just want to start feeling better.
