Success stories after 2 miscarriages?

Hi! After two miscarriages in two years, while everyone else around us seem to be announcing pregnancies or giving birth, I feel sad and discouraged. Looking for some hope and positive stories of successful pregnancies after two miscarriages? Any advice or things you did differently? Thanks 🌈

I'm so sorry you've gone through this. I had 2 back to back last year miscarrying at 7 weeks each time. Third time when I saw the positive pregnancy test I cried. I was devastated to be pregnant again as I knew I would be in agony emotionally and physically in 7 weeks. Fast forward 4 months and it's still there and going well. Each time I was told "its a good sign you can get pregant!" Really annoyed me at the time but I guess there is a logic to it. Its tough, so tough but it can happen.

@Sarah thank you so much, I really needed to hear this! Is there anything you did differently this time?

Happy to pass along some hope! Our rainbow baby was born 6 months ago, after 2 consecutive missed miscarriages. Not sure what did the trick but I did take baby aspirin, CoQ10, vitamin D, and ate tons of floate rich foods in addition to my prenatal.

@Christine thank you so much Christine! Did you just get over the counter lower baby aspirin?

I had 3 in 1 year and then the year after I got pregnant and had a healthy baby then 2 years later I had another 3 and had a healthy baby

Hey I'm so sorry for your losses 💓 We lost 2 in 2 years as well and I'm now 21 weeks pregnant and baby is healthy Sending you love and positive vibes x

Yep just over the counter. Oh I also asked for and was prescribed progesterone once they saw a heart beat for this pregnancy.

My rainbow baby was born 10 months ago after three consecutive miscarriages. All were before 6 weeks. Two were back to back. I then took a month off to just give us both a break mentally. We both gave up caffeine and alcohol. I took a low dosage of aspirin and we both used procieve supplements. I fell pregnant again the next cycle we tried and was prescribed progesterone. I’ll never know which one or if any of those changes helped. So sorry for your losses. Sending you strength and hope 🌈

Sorry to hear about your losses. I too had 2 miscarriages before our current pregnancy. I am now 21 weeks, and it still feels surreal sometimes. After our second loss I made some significant changes and sought out various professionals for support. I began therapy, saw a naturopath (who focuses on women's health and fertility), acupuncture, osteopathy, and made diet and lifestyle changes as recommended by those professionals. I can't say for sure that these interventions made the difference, but I have continued these supports through this pregnancy and am grateful and blessed to say we are now 21 weeks. Please know you are not alone, and try not to lose hope. If you want to chat more, please feel free to reach out.

@Christine can I ask what was your prenatal? Did you take the low dose aspirin once a day everyday (before ovulation too)?

Hey I've had 3 reoccuring mmcs within this past year. I'm looking into private care now. I tried progesterone aspirin and clexane injections for my last pregnancy. I have heard of coq10 it's meant to help with ur eggs. Sorry for ur losses and best of luck

I just took Nature Made prenatal multi with DHA. Yes I took one baby aspirin per day and started prior to conceiving. Here is some info I found helpful: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33493011/
