Daily stretches and or when the pain wakes me up at night. I woke up with round ligament pain on the side I was not sleeping and doing knee to chest helped me and also relieved my hips which were also sore. For my back I haven’t find a remedy, besides massages from hubby, but that doesn’t last long. I might start using my tens machine for that pain cuz back kills me all day and night.
@Katie this started for me when I was 15-16 weeks also. And it’s still going. Also having sciatica. Just called my primary to refer me to physical therapy and having my partner stretch me in the meantime, so you’re not alone. Good luck, mama. We’re gonna need it 😅
@Jazzmin have you started pt? A lot of the exercises they are having me do is to strengthen my Core.
You’re definitely not far into pregnancy but when I was in my third trimester my hips were torture😭 I could never get comfortable and I had all the pillows to prop me up but nothing! It sadly only stopped when he popped out😂
