Hard time catching breath
Anybody of 20 weeks have a bit of a tough time catching your breath I do have asmtha but it's under control. I will be going to ob about it but I'm just curious.

im 19 weeks and the same way. hard time going up stairs and i get out of breath just sitting up lol
I also have asthma and this pregnancy has been kicking my ass!!
Yes but definitely normal. I can't even breathe while brushing my teeth 😫 lol

I had just noticed it when I went to get up from my nap it was a hassle by the time I was up I was out of breath
