Baby boys arrival story

On 3/20/23 (Monday) I was woken up with a phone call from my OB asking if I was ready to have a baby due to them needing to induce me. At t his time I was 39 weeks but little man showed no signs of wanting to make his arrival. I got the balloon cath and was started on Pitocin. I was in labor for over 40 hours. I was 9cm dilated but only half of my cervix was 80-90% effaced, the other half wasn’t budging. Around 5am on 3/22/23 my doctor came in and recommended a c-section. With that being said… at 7:11am, weighing 8lb 2oz and 20 1/4 inches long my sweet Barrett-lee gray was born💙
