I apply a bit of roll-on peppermint essential oil to my temples, scalp, forehead, back of neck and shoulders then massage it all in really well. Some yoga stretches to help with any tension. Microwave a wet towel to get it nice and hot then lay with it over my face. Get in a hot shower, sit on the floor and let the water run on my head. Drink lots of water with added electrolytes and take some magnesium. Eat some leafy greens. Drink a little caffeine. These are all different things I do that work, donโt need to follow the order I listed them in.
Amazing recs!! Thank you so much!
Also, I had 6 migraines in 7 days when I was that stage of pregnancy, I think hormones are super high! Hopefully it passes!! ๐ค๐ผ๐ค๐ผ๐ค๐ผ
The migraine caps saved me, I had 3 in rotation because they take quite a while to freeze again. Also forehead strips for less intense migraines or the eye masks you can put in the fridge. Lots of water!! Heated anything with a migraine made my nausea worse, always found cold better, even a cooler tempt room and head back to help with the pressure.
