QA Hospital - induction

I was phoned early around 8am I think back in jan

I was given a 5 day window but called at 8pm on the first day.

Hello. I had an induction in January. We were told we were on the call list from Saturday 7th. I got told it could be a week. I got told by my midwife a few days before that I was a high priority on the list and the backlog wasn’t that long so I’d probably get a call early. We didn’t get a call on the Saturday. My phone went at 4:40am on the Sunday 8th January (I’d put my phone on loud that night) and told to go in then. I was told there were 3 beds available. I slowly got ready and had something to eat, was in by 6am. My sister and a friend waited over a week for a space back in 2022.

I was given a 3 day window back in June was told I'd be called from anywhere from 8am but the calls came in around 11am I didn't get a bed till the 3rd day but my waters actually broke whilst waiting to be induced and was fortunate to labour naturally

I was told they'd call me tomorrow and was called at 7an. From what I understand they stagger it through the day and can call at anytime

I was on the call list from the 1st Feb and I got a call on my due date (4th feb) at 1630 to come up at 1830 as there was a bed
