There’s a difference between a lactose intolerance and a cows milk allergy My advice would be to go to the doctor and get a proper diagnosis before you do anything

Yes as above, definitely go to the doctor! My little one also has a cows milk allergy and we had to trial different prescription milks until we found one that works with her x

Dr told me to send a pic of the rash and told me to use aveeno cream on it, don't tell me about the Dr from the UK 🙄 completely useless! Intolerance I meant, sorry..not allergy.

As others have said, I’d definitely seek a second opinion before making any changes. Has he always had a rash? If it were CMPA, you’d have seen symptoms all along as CMP would be present in your breastmilk too if you consume dairy. If it’s new, I’d hazard a guess that an allergy or intolerance is less likely and it’s more likely something else like an infection causing the rash x
