Hospital Selection - St.Joe's Mercy vs. University of Michigan

Hi! I am currently 15 weeks with twins and trying to decide which obgyn I should stay with - the one with IHA or UoM group. Both obgyns seem good. Which hospital provides the best care, especially for twins , supports vaginal delivery , good NICU, and team. I am not sure what else I need to look for. I want to make sure I pick the right hospital and the care team for delivery and labor. Please advise. Thanks!

My experience in Cherry hill IHA was good. Doctors and nurses took good care, delivered boy baby this May. They supported for vaginal delivery (close to 30 hours) but had to switch for c-section because of baby’s heart rate.

I loved st joes ann arbor! I delivered my third child through them. I chose st joes because personally I always have the best experience and never felt like I was ignored etc. And at u of m the wait time is pathetic in my experience. And just felt like I didn’t matter
