Not sure of the exact section, but Trader Joe's has it for the cheapest price near me (Chicago)

Sprouts has it by pound in the bins, frys has it by the baking like bobs red mill stuff.

Walmart - baking aisle

Usually you can find it either in spice section next to the big containers of garlic powder, in the baking section near the specialty flowers, or if there is a “health food” section, it might be there. We go through a lot in my house, so we just order ours in bulk online.
