6 week old

Hiya! FTM 🥰 We have a 6 week old baby boy. He seems to be in a BIT of a routine at night , last bottle about 9.45/10pm and sleeps until 2/3 at night, milk change and back to bed till 6/7 am Through the day there’s not really a routine just his terms… milk on demand could be 2/5 hours… any advice for how to maybe get a routine in?xx
