Stretch mark / bump creams

Hiya! Just wanting to ask if anyone had any recommendations for stretch mark / bump creams that they have used and found helpful? I’m still quite early (6w3d) but it’s helpful to know what things to look into buying for a bit later on. I’m not sure if most people tend to start using it before bump appears or whether to start it once it’s popped

My friend bought me ‘My Little Coco’ bump butter & it’s been fab so far! I’m 25w 1d ☺️

I used the mama mio creams when I was pregnant they were lovely and smelled really nice

I have smothered my self in bio oil since the moment I took a pregnancy test. It’s not just the bump, it’s the sides your back and breasts too just in case

@Zoe Yeah I’m aware of that, thank you 🤍 I had some stretch marks already on my body and they itch like crazy so was just wondering which ones help for stuff like that. Thanks for your recommendation too! Super helpful. My stomach has been getting quite dry recently which I have no idea why so it’ll be good to finally get something to help that x

Thank you ladies 🤍✨ really appreciate your recommendations xxx

I’ve seen that it’s most effective using a lotion in the mornings and oil in the evenings. I’m 36+5 now with no marks at all and been using Vaseline ‘elasticity lotion’ each morning after showering and expert midwife ‘fantastic skin elastic’ oil/serum before bed each night and never feel dry and very rarely get any itching. Everyone is different though, all depends on your skin type etc and a lot of people say if you’re going to get them you’ll get them. But I already had stretch marks all over my hips and thighs from growth well before pregnancy so am convinced this has worked!

I was recommended the neals yard mothers balm. She swore by it throughout her pregnancy.

I've been using Palmers every day and the My Little Coco butter two or three times a week at night and I've had very few stretch marks so far 🤞 (34+2)
