Mucus plug does regenerate but I would contact them to ensure that’s what it is

I would check with your midwife as it falls out easily like that its a bit strange I used to have it shedding a bit on my panty liner but this could be a sign of yeast infection also, so better to be safe and check in with your midwife/ob

My mucas plug has came out in bits 5 times it’s pretty hard to tell in the toilet phone up and keep us updated please might help someone else xx
