waters broke?

i was just sitting on the sofa and thought i peed myself a little.. went to the toilet and it is colourless on my underwear and doesn’t smell like wee either?? wasn’t a big gush just a little leak, has anyone else experienced this? i just came back from triage earlier due to reduced movements, they carried out a manual cervix examination and said im not dilated yet.. could this have kicked something off?

I would call triage again - always worth it. Even if you visited earlier as this is new symptom and they can test the fluid

Worth contacting them - ‘better to be safe than sorry’ But it could be the gel they used for the examination? My midwife attempted a sweep last week and warned me they use a water-based gel for the exam, so not to panic if I noticed some watery discharge later on. But definitely best to call up ☺️

My waters went with my son and it was only a trickle so didn’t think anything of it. I was in for a scan that day anyway so asked them to check and sure enough it was my waters! Always best to get checked if you’re not sure :)

No 😭 not had any and still leaking in intervals. Been 26 hours now
