I have gestational diabetes and she’s a big baby
I was induced and I was terrified but it went really well, I was induced on Saturday and had my boy on Monday. I was induced because I was told I was having a big baby but turns out he wasn’t a big baby. But honestly you’ll be absolutely fine. I hope it goes well for you! I had baths to help me with the contractions!

Thank u hun I was 2cm and soft cervix a week ago also had a sweep I can myself feel that she’s big like I’m so big and she’s so heavy I can’t even walk she’s engaged and honestly feels like she’s going to fall out when I go the toilet lol I think I’m just scared cos I no it’s going to happen but with the rest I didn’t no when it would be so didn’t really think about it

I’m currently being induced. I’ve had the balloon in for 12 hrs and only dilated to 2cm. I was 1 cm for a couple weeks already. I’ve had 2 natural births and at the moment I’m absolutely hating it. It literally is a waiting game. No contractions, no nothing 🙄
I was induced on Friday around 10am I had the pessary inserted due to GD and was told a big baby, he was born this morning via c section at 6:33 this morning weighing 7lb3oz. :) hope all goes well for you! X

@Adele yeah our little boy spiked in growth but he wasn’t overly heavy, just very long with big feet 🤣. I feel even though I ended up having a c section it was a positive experience, I had been in labour since 1:30 am ish Saturday but couldn’t dilate more than 9cm! So I was very nearly at the end, but exhausted also and it was stressing the baby out. Every lady has a different induction story! Make it your own! 🥰 good luck x
