Water for formula

Hello I am currently 32 weeks with my first and probably only child. Water for formula? There is so many mixed messages and contradicting articles. What do you do? Boiled tap? Straight from the bottle spring? How do you prepare and store it? What's best and safest? Extremely confused. I'm Canadian if that helps! Please help!!

So I just used bottled water. I live in a little studio apartment and it was easier for me to use bottles, rather than a large jug of distilled water. They say distilled is good, but it’s really up to you! If you don’t want to spend money on water, then boil it and just store it in a container. There’s no need to refrigerate it if your going to be warming it up anyway. It’s really all about your personal preference! You could always get some other kind of mineral water if your really into all that! Your choice! Also, congratulations, mama!

I use baby water from Walmart

I started off buying the baby water and then I kept running out of water before getting to the store so I had a tea kettle and would just boil it and pour it in the old jug from the baby water and sometimes I use bottled water
