Anyone else have a really lazy baby movement wise?

So I’m 33 weeks My baby has always been really quiet / lazy He does move, but he doesn’t kick loads. Been monitored several times he is always happy and healthy at appointments But sometimes I worry that him being a lazy baby is a bad sign in general? I do an anterior placenta and my bmi is slightly higher He has a couple days where he is busier but it’s not that often!

Hi yes I’ve been having exactly the same issue in and out of hospital for monitoring still no kicks on the monitor but they were happy with the heart rate and meeting the criteria for me to come off the machine I’ve also now been referred to see a consultant in 2 weeks time when im 34 weeks not sure if this is normal procedure as I’ve been in 5 times with reduced movement I’ve also had 2 growths scans as measuring small but im still within the chart of what I should be it’s been super stressful and no idea what to think xx

My son was like that… my daughter now is more active

Your tattoos are absolutely incredible! Love the one on your forearm. I have an anterior placenta, too, and I haven’t felt much movement at all. Mind you, I’m only 20w5d so I can’t relate too much.

@Emily thank you 🙏🏼 it’s a goddess on my forearm Lilith 💖💖

I have a lazy baby...some days hardly anything, like you not really kicks but movement. other days like today he goes into party mode. I think also where there is less space he kicks less and he's head down so that may make a difference

@Emily it will come!!! I didn't feel movement until 21 weeks with anterior placenta and even then it took ages to be any sort of pattern. They will make up for it!

My daughter was like that. She was active first thing in the morning and in the evenings between dinner and bedtime. She did have the hiccups for most of the last trimester, but that was about it. 😅

I'm 33 weeks and have an anterior placenta as well. First pregnancy too. I have the same as you. Don't feel her move alot but enough to not panic. So you're not alone!

I had a lazy baby for movements but I also had anterior placenta, he’s nearly 6months and still a lazy baby😂

@Laura I’m 33 weeks 😂 so definitely far enough along for the movement I feel it all, felt it from 16 weeks it’s just not very frequent 😂
