I used a brace and also went for physio which helped, I know your pain I had it so bad where I was in tears most nights. Just remember it’s all worth it and you will get through it. But definitely try a belt from Amazon xxx
Sounds like SPD. Had it with my previous one too. It’s real and so bad. Pro is it goes away once you deliver but the con is you have to bear through it. Wearing maternity belts from Amazon makes it a little bearable. I’m wearing one 24*7 this time esp when you have to move around whether it’s simple walking or even turning in bed. I can really feel the difference if I don’t. The pain unfortunately doesn’t really go away.
I started doing butterfly stretches and lunges (with my partners help) and also sleeping with a pillow between my knees has helped. The Tylenol hasn't really helped me either. I do recommend even like short walks has helped
