@Beth how do I go with joining classes. I’ve never been told about and classes or groups. X
There's plenty of time for baby to turn yet. They don't generally consider it a concern unless they're breech at 36 weeks onwards.
Acupuncture works wonders! & spinning babies
My baby was first discovered to be breech at 20 weeks... I'm now 36 weeks (tomorrow) and baby is still breech. I've done many many different maneuvers, but none have quite worked to get the baby to completely flip. Most we've gotten is for them to go transverse, but then goes right back to breech. Now depending on your feelings of it, you could do a version... although I will say it isn't always guaranteed that itll work, baby may not stay turned, and it can cause stress on you/baby (reasons that I opted OUT of trying this). Sometimes we have to accept that babies do not want to turn out of breech positioning. But you still have plenty of time, as you're still pretty early. I've had patients who have been breech up until 37/38 weeks
That's a website called spinning babies they have lots of ideas on there.
Bounce on a yoga ball everyday! Turned mine round in a week 😆
@Angel I just googled antenatal classes near me and found one - apparently there are some for free online too though x
There’s still plenty of time for baby to turn. Usually by 27-32 weeks babies turn but to encourage baby you can start avoiding reclining back and start leaning forward. This helps your tummy become a hammock and baby is most likely to be pulled by gravity to turn head down. You can look at spinning babies website to get some ideas on positions to help turn baby like the forward leaning inversion.
My baby turned naturally at 37.5 weeks. Besides dancing at a wedding, I didn't do anything lol
I heard doing yoga helps 🤷🏾♀️ i’ve done yoga most of my pregnancy & haven’t had any issues with baby being in the breech position & my obgyn told me it was good that i was cuz it helps aswell so
We had the spinning babies website recommended in our antenatal class x
