Can’t stop feeling anxious…anyone got any advice?

I’ve just tested positive for the first time since my miscarriage in Feb 2021 and I want to be so excited but all I can think is of it all happening again. I’m just waiting for the signs of a MC and can’t enjoy the start of this pregnancy. Does anyone have any tips or advice to help me enjoy my rainbow pregnancy?

Hi there! Congratulations! This is amazing news! Your feelings and worries are totally valid. I felt the exact same with my pregnancy after loss. What I would suggest is keep yourself busy. When you're not busy you get lost in your thoughts - at least for me. See with your doctor if you can get an early scan. With my pregnancy, my doctor put me on progesterone, which I believe helped so much with the pregnancy. My rainbow girl is now almost 11 months. Sending you lots of positive vibes and luck on this new journey. ✨️

@Debra thank you so much for replying and I’ll take everything on board. I think I’m finding it harder because we’re away on holiday so there’s a lot of lounging around and time passing by which means lots of thinking is happening. It also means I haven’t contacted my doctor yet either to get things such as potential early scan or progesterone kickstarted. I have been told previously that I have low progesterone levels so I think that’s adding to my worry x
