Neck pain…

So I’ve been using my peloton for a month… recently did a 45 min class and the pain on my neck is almost unbearable… suggestions anyone?

Hello! I don’t do peloton but I am a Pilates instructor. I’m curious as to where you’re looking while you’re using it? I’m assuming it’s the bike. If you’re constantly looking at the screen, it’s possible you’re over extending your neck. I would try looking slightly down to bring your neck to a more neutral position. Also is it possible the position of your seat isn’t where it should be?
