I gave birth at Broomfield and they were amazing. Postnatal ward was a little poor but labour ward was especially amazing xx
@Lia I was only on the postnatal ward for 24hrs before being sent home so didn’t have much to report on to be honest!
I gave birth in the birthing unit WJC (I think it closed and then is reopening soon) it was a really nice and calm environment. and then was transferred to Brookfield for complications afterwards. It was very busy, no beds in postnatal so I was in another ward and staff were slow to respond to button. But I still felt safe and wouldn’t say it was a negative experience there x
Hi guys is there a maternity unit at at Michaels? In Braintree?
So disappointed with broomfield Ended up having my little girl at home. Not planned.. Luckily paramedics turned up and delivered her! Otherwise my other half would have had to deliver!!
I gave birth at Broomfield - no complaints here!! Couldn’t have felt safer or in better hands! Even when I have to have an emergency c section after a failed induction, they kept me calm and treated me like a vip the whole time!! (Which I’m sure they do to everyone) xx
