Ask to speak to a different midwife. They can’t stop you from having one if that’s what you want, and it’s not too late to have one booked either. If she still refuses, ask her how you can make a complaint about the care you’ve received, she’ll soon change her mind about supporting you!

I had a little boy in march last year he had problems and I was so depressed and anxious, I went on and got a C-section and I had it done under anaesthetic because I was poorly, the can’t stop you it’s your rights and your body. I’m now pregnant again due in march and already iv asked for the same and I’m having it. Don’t let them tell u otherwise. Iv had 3 normal deliveries but I’m going straight for the section again, I’m in the north east and never had a problem. Unfortunately I lost my little boy at a week old and I’m so glad I went for what I wanted.
