For me salted cashews worked. They’re small high in protein, not very sweet. I also found my stomach would get so much worse when hungry so waking up early and trying to eat something would stop me puking up bile. Mint can help I ate loads of tictacs to help as I had horrendous hg to 20 weeks and it came back week 30.

Sucking on lemons, lemon water and ice cream cones or wafers, they are dry and easy to stomach. If it gets really bad speak to your gp and they will give anti sickness tablets
For me… ice water, lemon water, or just plain crackers helped A LOT.
