I had my test on a Monday and didn't get the results until the Friday. To be honest I was a little disappointed with how I got my results as they emailed them to me on a Friday saying I had GDM but I didn't get any follow up until the following week. So I sat with the diagnosis without knowing what to do about it for a few days 🥲 but the support and guidance I did get eventually was amazing

@Mimi yes, was a little anxiety inducing! But very pleased with my level of care from the hospital. All is well now that bubs is here 😊 wishing you all the best as well!

It takes at least 3 hours altogether. You have the first blood test, then drink the sugar drink, wait an hour, do another blood test, another hour, do another test, 1 more hour then 1 last test and as for the the results, they will call you, if they don’t it means you don’t have GD x

I got mine same day, they are really supportive they give you a free glucose monitor if you have it and set you up with lots of support🤍
