I’ve had this today as well I’m 36 weeks. I haven’t lost my plug get so maybe it’s braxton hicks 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️xx

Exactly the same. Wondering if it’s Braxtons that have turned painful 🤷🏻‍♀️ there’s no real pattern to them x

I would call triage because of how long you’ve had it and you’re describing it as period pains. I had it for a few hrs and triage told me to come in if it’s persistent after an hour or so. Mine stopped after I called, so it can be just normal standard aches but better to be safe than sorry x

With my son I had constant period pain for a few hours exactly a week before I went into labour. The start of labour was exactly the same pain but in waves every 10 mins instead of constant x

I phoned triage with similar pains on Saturday at 39 weeks, they said it’s likely latent labour. You probably will go into labour soon or it will fizzle out completely. For me it fizzled out (much to my disappointment) but they advised that you can take paracetamol if you’re uncomfortable and to keep active but also make sure you rest and get something to eat, just incase it is the start of your labour you’ll need the energy x
