I'm the same! It's horrible isn't it. The only thing I've found that sometimes helps is a glass of flat lemonade before getting out of bed :)

I am really struggling I’ve lost my appetite and can’t eat to much, I can eat little and often but sometimes just don’t end up eating too much as I’m feeling sick! I drink loads and I’m trying to have 1 protein shake to give me something but doesn’t seem to work:(

Yes I’m 21 weeks, and I still have morning sickness. It’s not as bad like it was in the first 3 months but I still get it. Just cold milk relieves me, but still uncomfortable 😣

Yes its normal :( i had morning sickness till 38 weeks with my first baby ..and now im 22 weeks and still sick some mornings too xx hope u feel better

I still get sickness. Its not all day long nausea like in the beginning but randomly with no warning I'll be sick (has happened twice while I was driving which was scary) I'm 21+2 xx

Yep, since 5 weeks (we found out super early) I’ve been having morning sickness, I’m on tablets 3x a day but so found as much as it’s a struggle I HAVE to eat to make it better.. living off milk cereal bars, bbq hula hoops and oranges until I feel better around 5pm x

I am still having nausea and sometimes vomiting too, not quite often but normally in the morning, after just waking up. Hoping this stops soon xx

Are you taking any antiemetics? Or have you been diagnosed with Hyperemesis? Someone people who have hyperemesis tend to have sickness all the way though but some stop after just 20 weeks. I've been prescribed some omeprazole and ondansetron which have helped me, but I still have a reduced appetite
