Leg cramps anyone?

Lately I’ve been having sharp leg cramps especially on my right side. It radiates from my glute down to my calf. It usually happens when I’m sleeping and it wakes me up. I try to drink plenty of water but it does not seem to make a difference 😔 I remember it happened in my first pregnancy but not until late in the 3rd trimester. Any tips? What can I do to help it?

I’ve had it too. A mom told me it could be because of a calcium deficiency and to try to drink more milk, eat tofu, etc

Buy that Calm Magnesium powder on Amazon. It makes all the difference in the world with that! Your legs need magnesium at this point…
