Cmpa or not ? *poo pic*

My baby will be 12 weeks on Thursday , Gp not sure if it’s cmpa or not she cry’s for hours like she’s in pain with hard belly and always runny nappy’s fussing over bottles anyway my gp prescribed Sma althera to try she refused completely and nutramigen she also refused I got her to take an oz will vanilla and she vomited back up so I seen a different doctor they said possible silent reflux as it not textbook cmpa and said to change from her normal SMA formula to a different formula and try coleif drops and baby gaviscon to try and treat reflux then if no better come back try a different allergy milk I started her on hipp organic yesterday with coleif and baby gaviscon and her nappy’s look strange Im not sure if it’s a reaction or not
