Pain
Anyone else have worse endometriosis pain during ovulation time? For whatever reason, I'm at my worst after my period, close to when I should be ovulating. Sometimes it's just annoying pain, other times it gets pretty bad. Especially my lower back and down my legs at times 😩 and the bloating and belly pain is terrible too. Before kids, the pain was worst during my period so it's weird to me that there are times I don't cramp at all during my period. It's right after that the pain kicks in

I also get ovulation pain after my period. It usually feels like quite a sharp, localised pain right on my ovary. I know this is because of inflammation or bleeding from endo tissue during ovulation. I also become bloated which causes low esteem with body image. Endo is a hard and complex condition!

I feel you, I get mu pain mostly right after my period but would have started getting hints about the pain before the period and then it gradually increases in intensity till after ovulation.. I think or whatever the endo decideds to do for that month.endo is just horrible.. Stay strong dear and try to get some pain relieves handy
