Dealing with contractions
I’ve been up all night with contractions, they are now 3-4 minutes apart and lasting 30-40 seconds. My doctor said I don’t have to come in yet because they aren’t lasting a minute yet. They did say if I feel like I am in labor I can come in and check me but I don’t want to make the drive to get sent back home. How do you know you are in labor? I have tried everything to slow them down and nothing has helped

If they’re that close apart you need to go in x
Would defo go and get checked, the midwife told me early hours this morning if they are lashing 3-4 minutes and more frequent or lashing about a minute then that’s when they would invite you in, good luck xx
mine were like this i went in when i could no longer talk through them when i got there i was 4-5cm x

I was under the impression that contractions lasted anywhere from 40-60 seconds.. if they are 3-4 minutes apart I would go I and be checked...
