All I think about is that I’m “high risk”
I am 35 and 295 lbs and those two factors are why I’m high risk. I am 6 weeks and I don’t have my first scan for another 2 weeks. I wasn’t this scared with my first but I was also 100lbs lighter with him and that was 8 years ago. I did start slowly working out but I’m to scared to push myself. Any other ladies understand? Any advice?
My advice would be keep doing what you’re doing . All the label of “high risk” means is they want you monitored closer than a low risk pregnancy, they want to check on baby alittle more often and make sure you’re doing good . Keep down the path you are on . Just listen to your body.
