Little one tripped over his own feet and fell bashed his head on the coffee table and now has a lump at the front of his forehead with a small graze, no sickness, eating acting fine, not drowsy should I take him to out of hours or will he be fine? So anxious and not the most confident I feel like a terrible mum now

As long as they don't go unconscious or sick they are okay to be observed at home is the advice I was given x
You should keep him awake for at least an hour incase he is concussed

Accidents happen. As long as no sickness you should be fine. Child can sleep as long as you can wake them up. My son did similar on a radiator and knocked himself out x
