Milk
My little boy (10weeks) he was put on infant Gaviscon in his milk. He’s on SMA pro 1
I made two bottles just now and I noticed these random yellow lumps. ( I threw away the milk in these bottles and made new ones) has anyone ever had this before. He has been on gaviscon for a while now but this hasn’t happened before.
The bottles were clean and the milk is in date and the gaviscon is in date so I’m not sure.

Looks like fat....
It’s probably the gaviscon formed a clump. A bit like putting gravy mix in water it needs a stir. I used to stir it in with a sterilised spoon to get rid of the lumps when I put in the gaviscon x

Could it possibly be be from not shaking the bottle properly for the powder to mix with the hot water
